Popped corn is low in calories and high in fibre.

What you need:

  • 100g of plain corn kernels
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder


  1. Pop the corn kernels as per packet instructions
  2. Place popcorn into a large bowl, add spices and toss to coat
  3. Allow to cool before serving
