Child health clinics
Free child health clinics are available across Queensland. They provide parents and carers with information and support on parenting, nutrition, child growth and development. Search the health services directory to find your nearest child health clinic.
Circle of Security Parenting Program
The Circle of Security program supports parents and carers to understand their child’s emotional world and the importance of secure relationships. Parents and carers will learn how to read their child’s behaviour, understand how to meet their needs, and be in charge in a kind way. This builds their child’s sense of security, freedom, confidence, comfort and protection. It is designed for parents and carers of children aged from birth to five years. A referral is required – speak with your doctor or health care provider.
